Advert for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, 1987.
Weird and timely. This is probably my favourite RPG campaign of all time and I’m going to start running it for my group starting next week. Instead of using the WFRP rules, though, I’m converting it to Dungeon World, which is my new go-to choice for high fantasy RPG systems. If you enjoy D&D/WFRP/any of the games in that genre and are looking for a rules-light-but-character-heavy alternative, I can’t recommend highly enough that you give it a try. I can pretty much guarantee you won’t regret it.
